Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a gift voucher within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded. There is no right of withdrawal for experiences booked for a specific date or time.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Voulez Vous Bar, Owner: Annkathrin Jüngel, Sredzkistraße 65, 10405 Berlin, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online by clicking the "Withdraw from Contract" button in the footer of every page of our website.
If you use this online function, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
